The Role: We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Cafe Team Leader to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport . If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you. Flexibility if you prefer morning or nights! (Ideally available on Mondays) Must also have reliable transport (car) to get to the airport What You’ll Do: ✅ Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service ✅ Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe ✅ Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation ✅ Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes ✅ Train, coach, and motivate team members ✅ Maintain a positive, people-first culture What We’re Looking For: ✈️ Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes ✈️ Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices ✈️ Well-groomed & professionally presented ✈️ Strong communication and people skills ✈️ Flexibility on when you can work including weekends & holidays (we can work around the right candidate) ✈️ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card ✅ Valid RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one Not ticking every box?
